Artisolv Technologies LLP operates AI Chitti. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and settings.
• Conversations and instructions you give Chitti.
• Memory: facts, preferences and rules you ask Chitti to remember, or that you confirm.
• Connected account data: when you connect an account (for example Gmail), Chitti accesses only what is needed for the tasks you ask for.
• Usage and security logs: sign-ins, actions taken and approvals, to keep your account secure and the service reliable.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve Chitti for you, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Connected accounts and Google data

Data from connected accounts is processed to perform the tasks you request. We do not store full email contents beyond what is needed to show you results. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI processing

To understand requests and draft responses, relevant information is sent to AI service providers we contract with. They process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it to train their models.

Where data is stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers in Singapore. Secrets such as account access tokens are encrypted.

Your choices and rights

• View, edit or delete what Chitti remembers about you at any time.
• Disconnect any connected account at any time.
• Request a copy of your data, or delete your account and data.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
