Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Chitti ("Chitti", "the service"), operated by Artisolv Technologies LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Chitti is an AI assistant that can read, organise and act on information in accounts you connect, following your instructions, rules and approvals.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@aichitti.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Actions Chitti takes for you

  • By default Chitti asks for your approval before sending messages, deleting anything, making purchases or taking other irreversible actions.
  • If you create standing rules that allow Chitti to act without asking, you are responsible for the actions taken under those rules.
  • AI can make mistakes. Review drafts and summaries before relying on them for important decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Chitti to break the law, send spam, harass others, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or to interfere with the service.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment partner. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for details.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Chitti reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
