Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel any time from Billing in your account.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

• If you are charged in error, or charged twice, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
• Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are generally not refundable, except where required by law.
• Unused top-up credits are not refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
